As a provider, I've been tremendously disappointed in the communication and claim correspondence we've received from MCIT/ Genex Services. We've worked with them on 3 separate occasions and have had horrible experiences each time.

As a provider, I was not happy with their service. They use a claim review service. There was very poor communication between the two and it took forever to get a claim pain.
