“There's not a whole lot to.ssy about a shoe store, other than it's a shoe store. I've purchased multiple pairs of shoes here multiple times. One thing that I like is that they seem to be able to keep their inventory online matching their store, so I can look at shoes online and decide what I'm interested in, then just go find them in the store to try them on. The prices aren't better than anywhere else though, but they do have sales like buy one get one half off, so if you like name brand shoes and need more than one pair, you can get a good deal sometimes.”

Joe was really helpful in explaining the difference between paddles and making recommendations for a beginning player. I appreciated that Joe did not try to sell the most expensive gear to someone who is new to the sport. “O'Neill has wetsuit sizes 4XL-Short and 5XL-Short on their chart, but I couldn't find them online. I called them and expressed my need for size 5XLS and being unable to find it. They informed me that iSnorkel special orders these sizes, so they're only offered through them. I then called them and while they don't have a full 5XLS right now, they were considerate and searched their warehouse and reached back out to me later the same day.Kudos to iSnorkel for taking the interest and understanding the needs of big guys. I hope big guys support them, so they continue to see the value in serving our community. I purchased an Epic 3/2 full in 4XLS. It's the largest I'm going to find and I especially want a Jack O'Neill. Living in Oregon, a wetsuit is a must, so now I have a target size in my weight loss!”

“I have been ordering cycling jerseys, bibs, socks, and various accoutrements for years from Twin Six and have always loved what I got. Recently, they went above and beyond in customer service and I wanted to share. I'm a big fan of the T-shirt of the Month (TOTM), and ordered two of the January 2024 version for my husband and me. Unfortunately there was a problem with the new printer, and TS didn't get complete stock to fulfill their orders, including one of my shirts. Not only did TS offer me a refund and/or a replacement, but they also offered me an additional "gift" T-shirt for the inconvenience! That was pretty darn awesome, and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you to Ginny, and to Twin Six in general for the excellent customer service.”

“I got a brand new pair of skates and they always felt "off" and after trying different sharpenings... footbeds... lacing patterns... even waxed/non-waxed laces... literally everything I could think of to solve it. I was ready to sell my skates and take a loss on them just to get into something else. I heard about General Sports and how they profile/contour blades and figured it was worth a shot so I made an appointment to get it done. The guy I talked to REALLY knew his stuff and I explained what issues I was having and he checked the skates out which ended up having an issue straight out of the box (long story). After about an hour and only 40 dollars... which is crazy cheap in my book for the time he spent talking to me and ACTUALLY listening unlike the store I bought them for a small fortune! Now let me tell you... I can NOT even begin to explain how much it changed the skates! I always caught the toe of the blades on takeoff and crossovers and they felt way too long and square is the best way I can describe it. After the profiling I could IMMEDIATELY feel the difference and could tell the issues I was having were GONE! Just like that... again I can't really explain it other than it makes a HUGE difference and in my case it made all the difference. By the end of our 1 hour practice I was actually shocked how much more "connected" to the ice I felt. Super agile on turns and transitions... no more catching the toes on crossovers... and probably the biggest difference was my takeoffs! I used to feel like I had lead skates when I would try to accelerate from stopped and now I feel like I have rockets on my feet lol. I know this is a novel of a review (and I am not one to even take the time to leave a review honestly)... but this place deserves it! I can't say it will be the "amazing fix" for you like it was for me... but for me it made me love my skates that I literally wanted to throw in the trash just so I could try something else. And that is the honest truth! Thanks guys! John”
