“The store manager Todd is a great guy and helped me today with a facuet I found on the home depot website. The price online was $52.83 but when I went to check out it came to $129.99. I did have to buy it online and use the pick up at store option but Todd was very helpful in the situation.”

“Nice store. OK location, hidden a little bit back in off of Vicksburg Ln to the west. Parking is OK, a little more would have been nice. The main issue is that Lowes is almost always more expensive then Menards or Home Depot for the same thing leaving little reason to go there except for a very specific sale item or something the others don't have in stock.”

“I recently purchased several end tables from Reuse. The tables were dated and that is exactly what I was looking for. They were in great condition, and very affordable. The store is easy to browse in, very clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. I will shop there again when more selection of sofa's arrive. I only wish Reuse had their own delivery service. Great store!”

“I shop here fairly often and the product and service is all great. My ONE quorum that makes me want to go elsewhere is hearing the jingle by the escalators “the walkway will soon be ending, please be cautious as you exit, be prepared to push your cart forward as you step off the walkway”. I know that sounds stupid and I understand how it might be a liability not having it there but it plays non stop 24/7 back to back to back to back. I had a laugh with another customer today about how anxious it makes us and on how obnoxious it is. I can’t imagine working in a department near it, I would actually go crazy. Make no mistake, if you need something, come to this Menards. But when you shop there enough that jingle makes you want to go nuts.”

“Friendly staff, renting a box truck was easy. Highly suggest taking own pictures as I was handed and told to sign the inspection paper before the associate even went out to fill out, glad we went with damage protection to cover our ? , arrived and noticed inside was a pallet and a box with plastic from previous renters who knows how many before us. Overall easy and the guy was quick and asked if I knew how the deposit and rental worked. Don’t remember his name but it was around noon on the 16th, give him the recognition!”

“I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful when I ask for assistance on an at home project. This is especially true at the pro desk! I go to this Home Depot on a very regular basis, and I can say I have gotten quality help in many departments, (I.e lawn & garden, paint, plumbing, and millwork. Just to name this years experiences) I highly recommend the people working at this store. The one down side is that it is smaller then some of the other Metro area stores, so the stock can be slightly limited.”

“I had the best service in a Home Depot or any similar type store thanks to the OUTSTANDING assistance, service, and help that I received about a week ago on a Thursday night. I felt like I got the VIP treatment, he helped take me to the location, drove the heavy flatbed for me, helped load it with HEAVY concrete blocks, quickly drove me back to checkout and told me if I pull my car up, he'll help me load it! I was shocked by his friendly, service with a smile, happy-to-help attitude. I hope he is soon a manager & trainer, because he single handedly created the best impression and experience I've had of Home Depot or any store in about 20 years. No, I'm not kidding.I pulled up, he helped me load the car quickly and with a smile. I had to shake his hand and ask his name. Mustafa he replied. Wow, he should be management and training others. Which I thought was good to have because the store is so big, you can find yourself going in circles if you are not familiar with anything.
