Love the traditional Asian, Thai, Chinese food. Made from fresh vegetables and worth the wait. Kung Pao chicken and Spicy Chicken Noodle Soup (curry) are two of our favorites.

I don't understand why this place is never busy when we visit because the food is SO GOOD.Highly recommend the pad thai and fried rice.The parking lot could stand a cleaning as well as the inside, but the food and service are top notch.
Valerie Thao brings fresh Asian cuisine to Willernie Minnesota. Nestled across the street from the post office and just off Stillwater Road, the décor is reminiscent of the days when Olive Joe’s served up their Italian and American food, but the cozy spot is now home to Valerie’s Asian Cuisine, a one-woman show run by Valerie Thao.
Thao’s family immigrated to the U.S. from Thailand in the midst of civil unrest in the 1990s, bringing fresh home-cooked flavors and her mother’s traditional family recipes with them. Thao eventually settled in Fresno, California, working at a grocery store and picking up cooking techniques from the hot bar deli staff there . In 2014 Thao moved her family to Minnesota and in 2018 Valerie's Asian Cuisine opened.
