“This store is so amazing and all of the staff is so nice and friendly! Savo was the one helping us, and he was very friendly and personable. Savo was really great at making recommendations without being pushy or making it seem like we needed more than what we asked for. He was very good at multitasking, making conversation, and answering any questions we had. Marina was also very helpful and helped me figure out my iPhone, as that was the phone I was switching to after being a long time android user. I highly recommend asking for either of them! “I didn't get the guys name, but he knew his stuff. He LISTENED and took the time to understand what the issue was, and I believe he did everything in his power to solve the problem.Had a problem with the Verizon family app. He ended up having to send us to the Diberville store because they should be able to go farther into our account then he could.(That was not a good experience, I don't know if I will go back to that store)He is now my go-to for everything Verizon!”
