“After a bad lighting storm internet was out. Kenny Brody came out on our street and began fixing things on the poles.I talked to him and he was very friendly and made sure everything was working correctly at my house.

“I visited the Biloxi, Ms store after spending hours on the phone with customer service and getting no results. I walked in and was met by their employee there named Tami Maddox. I’ve never received better customer service anywhere that I have ever been in my 67 years! Two hours later, totally due to her perseverance and after being hung up on twice… she got the results I needed. To say she is a true and caring is an understatement. T-Mobile would do well to have her train every employee all across the country! Thanks again Tami. You are simply the best!!”
“Dylan in the Ocean Springs store is so very helpful I go in there so much with little problems I don't understand and he handles it quickly and efficiently and gets me fixed up and I really do appreciate him. He takes good care of me when I'm in need the people who work in the D'Iberville Verizon are idiots and they always mess up my phone more than it was when I came in but I love Dylan here in Ocean Springs and a guy named Christian is very nice too”
