“My 15wk old pup had somehow injured himself and was not looking good. They were able to get us in right away. Dr Gaddy was able to pinpoint the source almost immediately and got him xrayed and fixed up with a laser treatment for instant relief. By the time we got home, he was already moving and acting like himself again. She and her staff are just lovely folks and I am glad to have chosen them for my new baby.”

“Had a (possible) emergency with my dog on a Friday afternoon. Had trouble finding anyone who would take us at that time last minute. We were so lucky they were not busy and we were seen basically immediately. The vet tech who wore glasses but did not get her name was amazing and the vet (both young women) whose name I also did not get were super accommodating and talked me through everything when I was a little freaked out and anxious. Highly recommend.”

“Chell Saunders DVM is by far the best vet I have ever used over the years. She cares for my dogs which are really family members, as well as their owners. She cares greatly and is very professional. She is gentle with my huge German Shepherds, which are both spoiled babies to us even if not to all. I highly recommend her especially if your dogs are not good with traveling to the vets, she can come to you and that has been a Godsend.”

I can almost unilaterally say how ALL Banfields treated my 2 dogs like family. I also have used the Banfield Wellness program for both my dogs AGAIN across the US. Yes I am well aware that sometimes somewhere even vets have a bad day. With that said, the way my husband & I travel
(Motorhome full timers) they have always provided our dogs with the utmost in care. Btw absolutely LOVE the staff at the Gulf Port MS Banfield.
But must admit the on in Saratoga Springs, NY also a perfect 10 & the one in Albuquerque NM super etc, if you all get my point. Also the convenience of a super website, 24 hr
