Once I made my reservation, I called Mr. West back and if it had not been for him I would not have realized that I had not reserved the vehicle for the time frame I needed. He then gave me the number to call to get the dates updated. Mr. West called me prior to my arrival to see if I needed help with directions and when I arrived he introduced himself and got me all squared away. While Mr. West was working on his computer, we talked and to me, it was like I having a conversation with my favorite uncle. When he was finished he walked out to the vehicle with me and before I left, he wished me well and gave me a firm, real life handshake. I knew I had met a good person that day. A man surely on his way to Heaven.”
