“I have bought 6 cars, for my wife and I, from Scott Hancock over the last 25 years. Only once did I have an issue with a vehicle and it had been over 6 months since I had purchased the vehicle and I did not purchase the extended warranty. Not only did he give me the place to take it to but he told me I should not have had that problem and he ended up working with the shop to insure it was repaired properly and then paid for the repair. When the repair shop called to tell me my car was ready, I asked what the final bill was and they said there was no charge to me at all, that Mr. Hancock had taken of the repair. I never expected that and never asked for help with the cost of the repair, which was over $1,100. Needless to say I will only deal with Scott Hancock, when I need another vehicle. If he does not have the car that you want on the lot, then he will shop until he finds what you want for the price you tell him you can afford!!! He is the most honest person I have ever met and he will go above and beyond to help you!!”
