I am not sure if their service is dependable after my experience today . Treated me like the issue I had was my doing.

The guys are knowledgeable & won't take advantage because I'm a woman. I needed a lawnmower screw and while they didn't actually have it, he looked in the 'old nuts & bolts' bucket and found what would work.
