“I previously praised this store, but I must now lower my rating to 4 stars, solely due to disappointing bathroom conditions. It was the worst I’ve encountered in a long time—unpleasant odors and scattered paper on the floors. Despite having a photo, I choose not to share it. It’s evident that cleaning hasn’t been a priority lately. While my experience was in the men’s room, my wife confirmed the ladies’ room was equally bad or worse. I believe businesses should be evaluated based on their restroom upkeep, reflecting on their commitment to their job and establishment. This situation should be a source of concern for those in charge.”

“I ordered some filters for my shop vac ahead of time and scheduled them for pick up.I didn’t know that there was an hour lag, so I got there before they were ready. That was my fault.Note to self (and others) - pick up usually takes an hour - it isn’t immediate.The service was great, though! Staff is always super helpful!”

Their app has made it easy for me to find items, save items to my list, read reviews, and shop online or in the store, and I don't feel out of place. Ms. Deidre was extremely helpful with me in the paint department explaining different types of paint and primers that I should consider. She really helped reduce alot of stress and frustration. I appreciated her patience and knowledge.”
