When I got the clerk paid I was going to take Lilly to the truck and come back and get the food and treats 1 of the young men told me that he would be happy to carry it to the truck for me .. It was something that I needed to see . That was proof that there are still good people who are willing to help a old man like myself and I am thankful for it.PetSmart always has been my favorite pet store . I have had a Boston Terrier since I was 16 and 30 years later I still have a Boston Terrier that is my furbaby . Ty for the hard work I appreciate it. God Bless.”

“I had been just about given up hope of finding a Cooling Mat for my ShihTzu, when I called the Doghouse Pantry. She said she didn't have any but took my name and phone number and said if she found any she would call. It was only about 2 weeks until she called me! I ask if she could hold them until the weekend for me to pick them up. No Problem! That Saturday i went and bought 2! One for each of my dogs! She has a large selection of clothes ! She has strollers and just about anything u can think of for ur pooch. Clean, very friendly , reasonably priced . I will definitely shop there again!”

“While searching for a zero turn lawn mower, I was told they had one in stock that I was looking for. After driving an hour and a half they did in fact have the one I was looking for however after paying for it, getting the one year service plan, Jonathan headed out to get it unlocked and loaded on my trailer only to find out that the battery was dead and after several attempts to jump it off he put in a new battery. Using starter fluid the mower would crank and go back dead. After all this I requested a refund and told Jonathan after they got it back from the warranty shop to give me a call. I got a call from Jonathan on Tuesday to let me know that he had a new mower in that was still in the crate. I drove back up on Wednesday picked up the new mower and was credited for my fuel for my wasted trip on Sunday!!!! I would like to say thank you to Jonathan for going above and beyond to see that I was taken care of!!!!!!!!”

“We came in a rush to buy a dog crate for upcoming cold weather. The lady who assisted us went above and beyond to help us get what we needed. I think she was actually working in the grooming department of the store, but as she was making her way back to that area, she noticed we were having trouble finding what we needed. She also helped us get get the app for the store to further meet our needs. She was very friendly toward our dog as well. I wish I had gotten her name. She was about middle aged with shoulder length light brown hair. A very great asset to your store!!”
