This is the 3rd time that fed x has left our chewy packages out in the front yard in the grass. I am handicapped and can not go out there to pick the boxes up. I have notified chewy and they suggested I call fed x also. So here is my notification. I guess it just depends on the driver. Please help with this matter. Thank... read full comment

It's fine as a shipping center and the 3 star rating is because it's way out of the way to get there. They have an office in the middle of town which isn't functional because everyone is working from home. WTH??
