“I'm a tow truck driver and drop vehicle off at many different body shops. And this one was one of the better. They were very friendly, professional and personal. They were polite with my whole experience of dropping off the vehicle and didn't get aggravated with me when I didn't have much information to give them about the customer. Usually at other shops when I don't have much info they become very rude. But because they didn't do that here I went out of my way to get more information for them. A good example of kindness goes a long way. Will definitely be recommending thwm to customers who need a body shop”

“We are traveling from Michigan and our starter went out on our 2001 Dodge Ram 2500. We called Blackburn on the road and was able to drop it off Monday night at 5 pm. They called with verification that it was the starter by 9am and called at 11:15 am to say they were completed! They sent a car for me and when I got to the truck it had been washed and the interior had been cleaned. I was blown away by the excellent customer service from them. Thank you so much for such a quick turnaround.”

“Every time I come to this Lube, these guys get me in and out of there in 15 minutes. They don't try and up sell me on a bunch of bs my car doesn't need or lie to me. I had two leaks they were happy to point out to me, and instead of trying to get me to pay them to fix it and make it sound worse than it was, they did a little quick bandaid type fix that would stop the leaking long enough for me to fix it myself. They told me the part names, who in town might be able to fix it cheap, and wished me the best. $55 for a high mileage oil change and they're truthful about everything. My coolant hose connector was so worn and brittle the hose just came off (the car has over 200k miles), they helped me pick all of the broken plastic out, plugged the holes and gave me all the advice they could, didn't ask for a cent more than the cost of the oil change. I've heard so much about these oil change places utterly ripping you off with lies selling you services you don't need and not actually doing them. but these guys stand alone. Only reason I don't want to send a bunch of well deserved business their way is so that it's not too busy next time I go (jk jk) even when they're a little backed up, they're working hard at each vehicle and there are a couple of awesome guys working up there. This is the only place in the tri-county area I will get an oil change and I recommend you do too. Thank you Halvoline/Texaco!! You'll see me in 5,000 miles or so!!”

I made it to Kiek Ford in Vicksburg, reported my issue to a very attractive service writer and she got me out in less than a hour. “I've been going here for years to pick up everything automotive related to clean, maintain and restore my vehicles for 20+ years. They have just about everything you need. I picked up a 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 project about 2 weeks ago. And it is in need of a little work, mechanically. “Very fast oil change. Wasn't a very long wait. And the folks was so very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that they left motor oil on my door handle and my hood of my truck. And hand prints of oil. But no big deal. But it would have been nice if I didn't have to smell like oil for the rest of the day.”
