“Everything isn't a dollar any more and that's okay. Inflation happened and Dollar Tree lost. They still sell most of their stuff for a dollar but now that the dam has burst, you'll find stuff for $3 or $4 or $5 in the store. Prices are clearly marked. Greeting cards are still 2 for $1 and that was what I needed this evening when I stopped in. A couple of birthdays and anniversaries are coming up so I got a couple of each. Paying for them was quick and easy. The store is in good condition with most of the merchandise up on the shelves and very few "out of stock" items. “I was greeted with a friendly voice voice upon entry, the store was clean, the temperature was just right for the soupy weather, and they had a variety of products.The store is what it is and suits a purpose. The 2 less star is simply because a lot of the items will end up in the landfill and stick around longer than I'll be alive.”

“This dollar tree is pretty decent. I'm a door tree connoisseur and this is one of the better locations. They are decently stocked everytime I'm in. I'm still a little hurt about dollar tree raising all their prices to $1.25 and that's the only reason for the 4 star rating.”

“For a dollar tree this store is great. It is a little dirty on the outside and inside but that is expected for a dollar tree. I went to the dollar tree in university city and this was 10x better. The university city location smelled, was dirty, and had a way smaller selection in what I was looking for. I usually come to get greetings cards, wrapping paper, ribbons, bow and holiday decorations because it's so much cheaper than going to a cvs or Walgreens. In addition to it being cheaper they have cute stuff! I went to a bridal shower and baby shower with two different groups of people and someone at each event commented on my card! Sometimes you can get 2 cards for $1 which is AMAZING! I haven't shopped much for other things so I can only speak on what I've purchased from them but I have been happy especially with the price. It is located in a shopping strip and it's nice that there is a huge parking lot located in front of the building. You shouldn't have trouble parking. I also love running into the Marshalls a couple stores down.”

“I love the Big Lot's rewards programs. It is easy and quick to earn rewards. I had one complaint about ordering on the website. I purchased window curtains, and for some reason, it would only let me order one pair. When I went to pick up my order, they had the curtains on the shelves, so I got another one in store. Big lots is one of my favorite places to shop because of the prices and purchasing options.”

“If you haven't checked out Big Lot's furniture section, I recommend that you should! I've bought furniture from here for years and as long as you are not crazy rough on it, it will last. They even have lease to own if you do not have all the money up front. This location was great. Extra clean compared to the one in south city plus had a bettwr selection.”

“Wasn't planning on visiting there. Was out for a drive. Bought a couple things I didn't need. Books. Isles weren't cluttered with employees stocking. Wasn't busy. Did have technical question on an item, but no one close to ask about it. Was met at checkout by employee, nice young women, who scanned items, bagged them, while I paid with card. Fast, quick, and there was no line. In fact, another checkout man was standing by ready.”

“There's not a great selection of known brands but it's not as expensive. I stopped for vanilla ice cream and had to settle for butter pecan. It was not well stocked with popular items. I did find items that I didn't need just to try them.Its perfect for grabbing a few staples. Except to pay standard prices for name brands you know and can find. If the food is like that at Ruler, then I'll be back ?”

“The Sav- A Lot Richardson Road , Arnold, Mo. location is my favorite store. I drive extra miles to shop due to cleanliness, product selection * awesome customer service. Recently as of this past week, an employee went out of his way to grab me a bag potatoes that they were unloading from truck shipment. He even smelled the bag when he handed them to me insuring no rotten ones were in the bag!”

Important thing to note is Cash only for furniture. Respectful, kind &helpful employees are a bonus… there is true organization to the chaotic bins of the Goodwill Outlet. Where before you could get a gallon of bleach for a dollar now you get a half a gallon of bleach for a dollar 25.
