I would think if they want to give you a birthday deal they would give you some time to use it!”

I was up visiting my best friend for a couple was and they didn't have my kinda cigarettes and she ordered me a carton so I would have my kind on my mini vacation. “I had a problem with an item I purchased at the shanty. It only cost 18$ so I did not expect them to be able to return or exchange a small item like the one I bought. I talked to Jesse on the phone and dealt with Brenda in the store and they were more than helpful. They Determined that it may have been a defective product and they exchanged the item that I bought for no cost. I guarantee there is no other store around that would have done this for me. In the past $18 wouldn’t have mattered to me I probably wouldn’t have even called, but I recently had a child and money is tighter than ever LOL. I appreciate the favor, keep with the good business and I will be back in the future! Thanks girls!”

“It's not a bad total wine. Some, if not all, of the stuff is very clean. My issue is with the cigars room. It's a weird film on top of all the cigars, which I believe is from not using distilled water on the humidor/humidity system correctly. The temp always feels off when I walk into the humidor. For a place that looks so nice, they should read up on the humidifier water setup (Distilled). The wrong water can cause so many issues”

“On a whim, I called looking for a Christmas sweater and the manager took the time to get my number, check the attic, and call me back when she found some from last year! I was really impressed, and when I went to pick up my beautiful sweater (along with some Yeungling Black & Tan!), both she and the casher were really great to talk to. It seemed like a genuinely nice place with happy employees - all too rare these days, so I wanted to share that positivity.”
