“We were on vacation from Ohio and had to leave the next day when our engine light came on. Calvin tested our van and found the parts needed to fix the issue. Then he went above and beyond and offered to put the parts in and went and looked at our vehicle before deciding it was best to go to a mechanic. He personally called the mechanic and explained our situation and was able to get a mechanic to come to where we were staying to do the repairs. I appreciate the extra mile Calvin went in helping us out. Tremendous customer service with a personal touch. Highly recommend.”
“I accompanied a friend from Tulsa who had damaged his Subaru Crosstrek’s front end when hitting a parked car. Amber, the receptionist (and no doubt about everything else) was very friendly and asked Garrin the body work specialist to determine if the damage would make the car dangerous to drive. He immediately checked all the components of the car, and found nothing malfunctioning relieving my friend of significant anxiety. THANK YOU, Garrin, for your expertise and excellent, quick service! “Great store, I loved a couple employees Marshall and Aarav were my favourite, I had issues with a return Aarav was helping me with that and they screen was having issues he called Marshall over the guys figured it out in 5 seconds. The rest of the store was alright but these employees one of the best I’ve seen around. 👍👍👍”
