Since the Branson site was busy they towed it to their Springfield site to get it done quicker. James was our contact and he kept us posted every step of the way. He was polite and friendly, made us feel like a friend was working for us. Really put us at ease (thanks James). I was surprised at the short time to repair, even though they had to order parts, they had it only about a week from drop off to pick up. Everything from the store front to the people I came in contact with were professional and friendly. Whoever owns this place should be proud.”

“I always go to Pinegar to get my car worked on oil change, mechanical issues, etc. It is no surprise to anyone that the price of hard Goods has gone up in the last year and a half half (thank you so much Joe Biden )! I believe that people at Pinegar Chevrolet try to keep the down) . And I know they have to recoup prices as much as possible. One thing I absolutely disagree with is their service charge on credit cards it is three and a half percent. When I don't have enough money in my bank account to use a check or my debit card I have to rely on my credit cards to make payments and immediately I am charged with a service charge. Last time it was over $30!”

“I purchased a battery for my car back in December of 2023. It worked really well until this last round of winter weather. It would lose charge overnight and barely start in the morning. This morning 1/20/2024, I went in to see if I could get a replacement battery after my car didnt start up. A worker named Jonathan helped. He was super polite and knowledgeable. He even assisted with replacing my battery hold down hardware. I have been going to OReillys for a long time. I had never had a worker do such a great job. Definitely look for Jonathan if you go to this O’Reillys.”
