River City has an enormous selection of vitamins and supplements, many that are very exclusive, innovative and never before heard of. I had an idea of what I was looking for, not only did the consultant help me find it but he was also able to give me other alternatives and suggestions for what I can do that may help me better achieve the results I'm looking for going forward. And I definitely will be following his advice. So if you ever need any help with anything here, hit up Ken, he'll definitely get you hooked up with the knowledge and supplies you need. He seemed extremely knowledgeable. Also very approachable. “Unfortunately, I cannot say much about the smoothies due to rather mysterious reaction I get with fruit, but I can speak of the other things! While you wait inside the “smoothie bar”, they have puzzles! It’s a community effort- they seem to be cleared weekly. The space is a hybrid cross between a Starbucks and a library- it craves socialization. The employees are exceptional- whom I have encountered externally as this is the HQ of the catering business, with only a small sample of them not caring at the worst. The only unsettling thing is it’s usually really quiet inside… but, it could always be worse- be positive!Dietary restrictions: The ingredients are proudly displayed; so you know what you’re getting.”
