“Very happy with my experience with Scotsmans. These people are honest and fair in their prices. Inside the business, it is very professional looking and yet still has a welcoming atmosphere. If you read all of the bad reviews about 95% of them are people complaining that they docked you on the price for having faded/worn/fake coins. What is that about? Of course they’re going to do that. You would be upset if you went to buy silver here and they sold you faded stuff for premium price. It annoys me that so few people realize that businesses have to make money off of their customers.”
“I had one antique clock fixed there awhile ago, and they did an awesome job. I had another clock that was damaged, I called and explained what I needed, and they said they had to see it. So I took the clock to them. They assured me that they could fix it, and I have faith in them. They are very personal and confident, I am sure it will be worth the wait.”
