A good samaritan named Mike (shoutout to Mike!) pulled over to help a car full of ladies with their spare tire installation. Mike told us to follow him to his friend’s tire shop in Pacific. We followed him to Bay’s and we were very satisfied with the service we received. It was fast, efficient and affordable to purchase a new replacement tire. “Very thorough - they even identified a dangerous ball joint issue based simply upon my description of the concerns I had with the vehicle pulling to the right upon accelerating (this issue originated from a frontal collision, and was never properly repaired by the Ford dealer that claimed to have fully repaired all damages and issues). My vehicle was properly repaired and all other maintenance issues were completed in a very timely manner. The cost of all this work was quite reasonable and worth every penny as my vehicle is FINALLY properly repaired, after over a year, and my peace of mind is restored (and my vehicular-induced paranoia is gone).
