The guest area with numerous antique items and a vast collection adds to the charm. Took hardly 1-1:30 hours and back on road, excellent alignment and fix the issue with wiper motion as well. Very helpful and very reasonable. I would suggest them to create online invoices and customer can pay online using ACH and without credit card too.”

“I'm fairly new to the area and had a car break down on me over the weekend. I had to drop it somewhere and my neighbor recommended Nassar. I'm very glad he did! Even being swamped the first couple days of the week and me without an appointment, they worked me in for diagnostics. They EASILY could have done the repair and charged me for diagnostics and labor/materials. Instead, they called me and let me know what the problem was and that there was a factory recall for THAT specific part. They further went on to help me get it back on the road long enough to get it to the dealership to have the recall taken care of for free. All I owed them was a bit of diagnostic time. Fantastic, honest people who look out for their customers - that's who Nassar Tire is in my book. They have a new customer here!”

“I was having a problem with my front tire on my 2015 Harley Davidson Street Bob. The front tire was leaking air and I had already taken it to a local HD dealer, who didn't find the leak. I checked the tire myself and found where it was leaking at. After calling several trusted friends who ride, they told me about Moto Tire. I called up the shop and talked to the owner Steve about bringing my bike in and he was great to deal with. Moto Tire took my wheel apart and found a pinched tube in the front wheel- something my local HD dealer didn't do. I would use this shop for all of your motorcycle tires!”

“Uuuummmm!!We just had an exceptional customer service experience at Dobbs in Ellisville!My husband, Grant was at Home Depot with our almost 2 year old daughter when my car wouldn’t start. We were going to call roadside assistance to tow my car to the shop and I called the shop to ask if it was ok if we tow it there and I mentioned that my daughter and husband were stuck at Home Depot and she said “hold on a sec” and she came right back and said “we don’t usually do this but since there are kids involved and it’s hot, that’s scary!” She said “I’m just going to send someone to him and see if they can get it to start - give us 5 minutes.”They went RIGHT away and got it started and got my car to the shop….AND they drove Grant and Elin home!!! ???VERY impressive and prompt service!”

“Went in for a front end alignment on very short notice for my two seater Mercedes convertible. A lot of places shy away because of the Euro car but they said it would be a couple of hours until they could get to. To my surprise about an hour later I was back on the road and the drove great. “You know, not a bad place if you go right at closing. Other than that it's horrible! You're pretty much shoulder to shoulder with everyone, lines to check out are long and you never know where they start to get into one. BUT! The selections are always plentiful, the employees we encounter have always been nice and helpful, and it's just a regular costco visit as any other store. IF you go right before closing, I'm talking a half hour or less, it's a lot more tolerable. Same selections, a lot less people and a lot less stress. That's the way to go.For anyone reading this that is thinking of going you should go right at peak hour during the day and NOT go when we like to go right at before closing. :DGreat store. Star deducted for the simple fact that it's always super busy which is in no part the fault of the store itself but I'm rating on the experience of shopping there.”
