Awesome experience. Came in traveling from out of town. Josh was super helpful and responsive when I reached out. Facility exceptionally clean and welcoming. Tried out multiple BJJ locations in the metro and been to many others throughout the country. Cast iron is my personal favorite. Classes are always very informative and run smoothly. Check it out, you'll love it! There isn't a workout you can do that Is more fun.
Cast Iron Bjj has been bringing detail oriented Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to the northland since 2014. We work to balance a relaxed and friendly environment with a competitive mindset that spurs individual progress. We have a good mix of active competitors, self defense interests/local police, and hobbyists who just want do do something cool. This "melting pot" approach allows our studies to be tested in a variety of ways.
