“We recently ordered kitchen cabinets and countertops at the Farmington MO store. I can't find the words to say how helpful Ryan has been throughout the process. We installed the cabinets and had to make some minor adjustments. Because of this we weren't sure the cutout for the sink was in the right place. Additionally, someone literally walked with us to shop our list. We will likely never go to another farm store to shop. “We had a delivery from Farmington, Mo Lowes for a dishwasher. I missed the cut off time to rate our delivery personnel their names were Neisson and Gabriel, I think, the writing is kind of hard to read, anyway I gave them a 10. They were really polite and efficient. Nice guys. Thank you!”
“Out of town saw broke 3/4 way thru a tank of gas, bar stud threads in the plastic are done not aure how it even happened, I went in to purchase another saw, from being out of town it was amazing how compassionate and helpful everyone was, they told me I could have it evaluated and warranty work done there based off the serial number and I dint have to travel back with a broken saw and have to take it all back. I purchased a new saw and they are helping with the repair and or warranty replacement, however that goes i am thankful for all their help and will be back to buy more stuff in the store. “Small town Hardware stores are always the best . You find the most knowledgeable and friendly people working in them and Plummers is no exception to this . Today for example I picked up my new battery powered lawnmower and and I had a man (forgot his name ,horrible with names I know his face names escape me sorry*) go over the ins and outs of the mower before I left the store and two young men helped me out of the store with it (see above about names*) and put it in my car. This the kind of service I get every time I go there.”
