“It was a large family gathering and the entire menu wasn't available to order from. Instead there was just a salad, bread, and 2 pasta dishes that had no meat in them. The canoli for desert was nice though. The server did a nice job of warning us about the tables not being level with the floor.”

Shelves where very well stocked unlike other stores I have seen lately. “Let me tell you about a little known secret. Schnucks salad bar is awesome! And, a great healthy alternative to fast food. With 115 locations in 4 states, there is always a Schnucks nearby when you are out and about. I find the salad bar is always stocked with fresh favorites. Plenty of protein choices to make a nutritionally rich meal. And, they have also have a few pasta favorites. I love the noodles with the little peas (shown in my pic). Lots of good salad dressings. My salad weighed in at exactly 1 pound. At $8.99/lb that is pretty competitive to your fast food choices as well. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Stores are always brightly lit, clean and inviting. Kudos to Schnucks for making their salad bar so accessible, nutritious and yummy!”

I don't do much in-the-store shopping as a result, but that's because I know how it goes and accept that reality. So this posting is about order pick-up. I place online orders at least 2x/week and have been very satisfied. Exactly 3 times things that were said to be in the order were missing and each time I was issued a speedy refund through a combination of web-based and phone support, and have been given additional credits for future orders. I would prefer they could deliver the missing items without charge, but I understand why that isn't feasible. Anyhow, on the whole online order pick-up at this location is very easy and keeps our family's pantry full. I'm always Leary about perishables I didn't select personally (meat, veg, etc. but I've only been less than satisfied once, when some salad mix was clearly browning and going bad, again, a refund was easy. I can't speak much or we'll to the in-person shopping here, but I can confidently recommend curbside pickup! Hope your experience is like mine!”

“Stopped in to get some coffee and the coffee was really good. Also all the continents were clean in the cups were stacked nice and neat then I found out that there’s a PokéStop out front so I played some Pokémon go.”

“Been going here for a while and what I truly love are the workers. They are like family and genuinely care about their customers. It's very rare for this store to be untidy. It's always stocked, counters wiped down and the service is quick. It does not take a long time to pump gas. They have an improved and entertaining gas pumping experience. I like when you check out inside the store how we can rate our service by pushing the emoji on the screen. It is a diverse environment and everyone is treated the same.”
