“I came here looking for a dog food that my dog would actually eat. Well we found some they lady's were very helpful and they also told me if he won't eat this bag of dog food then bring it back until we find one that he likes and will eat. What business has ever did that!! I'm very pleased with this store and prices are good too. Kind of hard finding a parking spot when it's busy around there but it's worth it!! They have anything you would need for a dog or cat. Their treats are amazing looking and smell amazing they are all home made cookies my dog loves them he always has to leave with at least a couple of them. lol I did bring back the first dog food that we got and they took it back with no issues and helped me find another one that he might like no extra charge or anything very pleased with them I'm sure everyone else will be too”

“Everyone at the Clip Joint is so wonderful and obviously cares about the dogs they take care of. I have a dog who is reluctant to interact with people, but after taking her a few times she happily went back with her groomer. She always smelled and looked amazing when I picked her up. They took the time to tell me about any concerning skin/hair issues they saw. The employees are knowledgeable about specific breed needs, so every dog gets the groom that makes the most sense for them. Their prices are extremely fair for the attention and quality of service you get. I took my dog here for 5 years and they consistently gave her a lot of love and wonderful haircuts, and I can’t recommend them enough.”

“It was my 3rd time at Treats Unleashed in Chesterfield with my goldendoodle (1.5 yr old). We switched from another location. I heard praise from the Banfield location next door. Kirsten took care of my pupper this time. I admitted to being a bad owner and letting the mats get out of hand. I said do what you need to do. Kirsten did a great job. Usually my pupper hates the groomer. She was timid upon arrival but had a smile upon her face when I picked her up. Kirsten said she did a good job. Kirsten was lovely and didn't make fun of me with dropping off the "diaper bag" with my dog, lol. I always bring a bag with toys, a bone, treats, sweater. Sadly we had to shave her down during winter due to our negligence with grooming and mats. Kirsten did an amazing job and did what she could with what she had. This location in Chesterfield off Clarkson and Baxter is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and sweet. I'm glad I switched it up!#grooming”

Chuck has a wealth of knowledge about everything in the store and is kind enough to share it with kids starting their first aquarium or fellow enthusiasts. He also really cares about taking care of the animals and offers great recommendations, if needed. We are big fans of Tropical World Pets and feel lucky to have this resource in town.”

“Love, love the groomer Khrya at Pet Supplies Plus. Our cockapoo Sharpie looks great after every visit. Not too short - still fluffy! Our other groomer (at another facility) always cut way too short. I just wish I would have known about her years ago! Appointments are easy to make and they even groom on Sundays.”

I'm a long time frequent shopper, and about 6 months ago I purchased a set of shop work lights, that unfortunately due to a design flaw are now defective. Since it is past TSC's 30 day return policy, the responsibility is on the manufacturer to honor the lifetime warranty. Well ACS, American Customer Service (the vendor responsible for warranty claims) would not honor the lifetime warranty. Luckily Joe at the High Ridge store stepped up and swapped them out at no cost. It was a pleasure talking with Joe, the store manager. He exemplifies what great customer service is. Thank you Joe!”
