“I was purchasing an 09 Maserati from them. It was an out of state purchase for me which is always a struggle when you are as particular as I am. I love that they store there car inside of a warehouse keeping them out of the elements. Kathy was great to work with. She always answered my questions in a timely manner and helped sort the financing with the bank. I was flying in on a weekend to pick up the car and they usually aren’t open but she was will to meet.”

“My husband and I bought a 2015 Kia Soul for our 19 y/o daughter from MSB. The price on it was the most reasonable of all of the Soul's we'd looked at and we were given a slight discount because one of the owners is an alumnus of the College that out daughter attends. The process was seamless with no haggling. There were no mats in the car, but when we went to pick it up, the owner had put mats in. The only slight bump was that one of the keys was defective. The keys are normally $300 and when I realized the key was defective, I contacted MSB. I initially was told that we can just buy one, especially since we'd received a discount, but the owner eventually relented and sent someone to our house to cut a new key, which I thought was superior customer service. He really could have blown us off, since we'd already purchased the vehicle, but he maintained his commitment and we have a new key. I highly recommend MSB if you are ready to purchase a vehicle”
