“Hey guys…I went to this Schnucks after school and I was just FAMISHED!! Two items I bought specifically moved me. I was just so excited when I saw the doughnut options. Tonight I ate a chocolate icing donut with sprinkles and it was just so good. But wait. I ate something else from this Schnucks that just made my night. A turkey leg. I had difficulties checking out, but that was me. I did it on my own. Anyway, I checked out and finally after a long class I came home and boy did that turkey leg hit!! It might’ve cost me my kneecap and 13 dollars, but it was so good. I was a rat. A rat in the apocalypse starved and that turkey leg was my cheese. I was absolutely carnivorous. Thank you Ladue Schnucks. I will remember this forever. (To Michael who was working check out. I did not get to experience your wonderful customer service but do trust I heard just how friendly you are. Maybe next time!)”

We noticed you bought in a new manager and the store was much cleaner...the employees were more friendly and the service was awesome!!! We shopped all last month we noticed that service was terrible, the lines were long and no manager was no where to be found...we had decided that we were going to shop elsewhere.. we came in today and we noticed that the service was back and the employees were friendly again and we saw the new Manager...my wife took her name off her name tag RENEE was her name ...this woman makes your store look and work great.”

“Looked very good. Aisle seemed like they had all the shelves fully stocked. The layout of the store is a little on the weird side. Staff was friendly. They immediately asked if I needed help when I approached the customer service counter. I also was surprised when I asked for help finding an item. At first I was told what section they were in. I explained I just came from there. So they offered to help me find my item. They couldn't locate it either. We tried a different location but worker agreed it usually is where I had originally looked for them. He then said that they probably out of the item if it isn't out on a shelve. It happens so I was fine with the explanation.”
