“Anything car related STRESSES me out. I needed an inspection today and I understand places are busy but 2 places I stopped didn't do them, 2 were rude and then I stopped at J&K after a recommendation from Hunter Tire. I was so grateful they could get me in but even more grateful they were friendly and very approachable. I noticed they won the best of Kirksville award for 2025, a well deserved award in my opinion and based on others they must do a good job in other areas besides just inspections and being friendly. I will definitely be going back!”
“They are so nice! Got my car in to the shop the day I called for a fast, affordable tire rotation before a long road trip. He said to come back next week for free after some driving on the tires so they could do a final torque, but since I was going out of town they let me come back later that same day to torque so I could be safe on my road trip. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be coming back!”

“I was driving my car and my clutch all of a sudden went out. I was A few blocks away from Buck Bros and they were so nice to help me. I trust Dustin which is not something you can say about every car salesman.If there is any known issues with a vehicle, he is very up front about it. They do whatever they can to make it right. “I just moved to the area because my mom fell ill. My check engine light came on including my tire sensors. I originally was going to have both fixed but with low funds I called them back and rescheduled the tire sensors for another 2 weeks out. Got there dropped the truck off at 9am. When I went back at 4:30 to pick it up they had fixed everything. I explained I didn't have all the money to pay, v that's why I rescheduled the t tire sensors. The very nice lady in service remembered that I did reschedule. She was very apologetic and went and talked with her manager since it was their fault. She can't back and they reworked the bill and I paid for the fuel rail and they said just come in two weeks when you get you next paycheck and it will be fine. Everyone there that I have dealt with are great and very nice. See”
