Country Meat Shop is owned and operated by Mark Reynolds. Along side Mark is full-time meat cutter Allen Carter. Allen has worked for Mark for 15 years. All specialty and smoked products are made in-house. We only cut USDA choice grade (or higher) steaks. We grind burger daily from whole roasts. We use only the premium parts of the chuck for burger. Our goal is to provide our customers with the freshest meat possible at the best price.
Mark is a 4th generation meat processor and has over 30 years of experience in the meat industry. Since opening in 2011, we have earned over 75 awards for our specialty meat products.
