“Called close to 10 Stores to try to find what was going on with the warranty on my alternator. I had the date the time eve the credit card transaction. No store was able to find the transaction. Then Came Erica….I beyond speechless. I really need to find out how to get ahold of her managers manager. She spent 30 plus minutes on the phone tracking down the receipt. Found it, gave me the info to go to a location near me (I’m 6 hours away) told me there’s still a warranty on it and if the locations here give me an issue they can call her and she will iron it all out and guess what she did…just that! The store called her and her exact words were “This guy has been thru it all for something he’s owed” I cannot thank her enough. All this happened on Feb 4 2026. I’m only writing this thread late because I’ve been ill. Erica…thank you!”

“We were rolling through town on our way to TX pulling a trailer, a couple miles up the road the transmission started shifting strangely and smoke began pouring out from under the truck. Truck has 35000 miles on it and was still under warranty. Stopped at Baldwin and they squeezed us in to take a look at it. Turns out the truck was serviced before I purchased it and they over filled the transmission and the smoke was caused by the oil overflowing. Baldwin service department made time for us and explained everything. Got us back on the road I a timely fashion. Great experience!”

“So I was in a pickle. I stopped at the Desloge Auto Zone and purchased an HID headlamp for my Volvo. I popped in and got back on the road as I had a long drive to Texas. A couple miles down the road, my "headlamp warning light came back on". For what I paid for the bulb, I was pretty upset. I stopped at the Auto Zone in Poplar Bluff and explained the situation. Typically, I don't think they warranty electrical parts but after talking to the manager Faith Gambling, she kindly exchanged the bulb. I replaced the bulb again and got on my way. Driving at night it was nice to have two good headlights. Thanks for taking care of me on this!”
“Absolutely amazing work. I got hit in the front bumper cover area and it broke into several pieces. Steve Jaco took one look and said I can fix that, when I was sure that I would have to purchase a new one. Saved me several hundred dollars! Absolutely would recommend Steve to anyone and yes I would use him again!!!”
“Came in to get a tire installation, the steering wheel has been shaking since then which I assume is the tires off balance or something of that nature...when I brought it back, Branden and Charles were extremely helpful and kind! I'm happy with my experience, we are all human and things happen. No complaints here!
Edit: Turns out the balance was hardly off, so maybe I'm just crazy! Lol either way, the guys took care of me with a smile. ☺️”
