“We were rolling through town on our way to TX pulling a trailer, a couple miles up the road the transmission started shifting strangely and smoke began pouring out from under the truck. Truck has 35000 miles on it and was still under warranty. Stopped at Baldwin and they squeezed us in to take a look at it. Turns out the truck was serviced before I purchased it and they over filled the transmission and the smoke was caused by the oil overflowing. Baldwin service department made time for us and explained everything. Got us back on the road I a timely fashion. Great experience!”

“What amazing customer service! My husband was on the road tonight and found he needed a headlight for our SUV. He knew that it was supposed to be a tedious task to change it out. I called the store and told them the situation. The employee didn’t hesitate. He said that as long as they had time, they’d help get the headlight changed. My husband arrived about 20 minutes before closing, but there was never a complaint about that. The employee worked very hard and helped get the headlight changed. This wife is so incredibly grateful that my husband and children will now be safer on the road. Thank you so much!!!”

“Kenya and the entirety of the service department were phenomenal! Newer to this area, and use my car for work. I had a problem with my brakes sticking, and took it to a recommended local mechanic shop. Worse decision I made. After $3,000.00 and a job not finished, I did what I should have done in the first place, bring it to Baldwin. Their staff was knowledgeable and hospitable. However, the star was Kenya. She made sure to keep me informed on everything along the way with my repair. She happily assisted me in making an appointment later that day for an oil change and had prices for future repairs ready, as promised, upon my return for the oil change and tire rotation. A super experience, and will only use Baldwin for all mechanical needs moving forward.”

Steve Jaco took one look and said I can fix that, when I was sure that I would have to purchase a new one. Saved me several hundred dollars! Absolutely would recommend Steve to anyone and yes I would use him again!!!”
“Came in to get a tire installation, the steering wheel has been shaking since then which I assume is the tires off balance or something of that nature...when I brought it back, Branden and Charles were extremely helpful and kind! I'm happy with my experience, we are all human and things happen. No complaints here!
