“Employee was very helpful. Business hours on Sunday don't start until 11, which was a little inconvenient.... there were about 4 of us in line to be first... and only one person available to wait on us. Hopefully they can get more people hired and trained soon. Once again, the employee was super, not his fault for the wait time. Very friendly and personable.”

“I went into the poplar bluff cricket store, April 8th. We had had our plan upgraded in March. I realized my hot spot was not working with the upgraded plan. I went into the store and Tricia helped me. She was very patient and determined to get my problem fixed. It took a couple hours but when I left my phone is working with the new upgraded plan. I appreciate all her help and guidance. She is the type of employees a place wants. Customers satisfaction”

“Location answered the phone and helped the best they could. The customer service number that you call though, absolutely terrible service. The most recent person I contacted through customer service before this post did not help at all and dodged all responsibility and did not even try to help me. The store helped me way more than they did. Kudos to the store!! Shame on customer service call in though.”
