“I drive for company that utilizes Penskee. I don’t think whoever designs these trucks has ever been in a truck. We have one truck with diesel tank on drivers side but DEF tank on Passenger side. We have few brand new trucks where the rubber bumper pads on back of truck were put on there horizontally not vertical and now are torn off because when forklift enter/exits the back of truck goes up/down and tore pads up. There’s other issues, but you think as many years trucks have been made they’d figure out bad designs.”

“My daughter and I were traveling from St. Louis to Houston when suddenly the check engine light came on and the engine began to make an odd noise. We pulled over in Popular Bluff at a repair shop. No one in town had the parts needed to repair the vehicle. After going through several options, I decided to rent a U-Haul truck and tow dolly to tow the vehicle to Houston. Dennis went beyond the call of duty. While he did not have a truck available, he was able to get us a truck and tow dolly from another dealer. Dennis picked me up at the repair shop and drove me to the other dealer. On top of that, he called me later to ensure we were ok and back on the road. What an incredible gesture and customer service.
