“This was my first time visiting with one of my own animals, although I had been in the office with my daughter and her cat. The vet was very caring and helpful. Especially since my dog is not a huge fan of going to the vet. But I didn't have to muzzle her so that is a plus. The vet also mentioned a test that could be run which might help explain why my dog can't seem to lose any weight. I also found their prices to be very reasonable for annual shots for my dog. I have 3 dogs so you can imagine how costly annual shots can get. I plan on switching all my dogs over to this office.”

“Dr.Shenefield is by far the most compassionate vet I have come across. She stayed on the phone with me for well over a half hour answering every question and addressing every concern and possibility when it came to my senior dogs cancer diagnosis and the decision on whether or not to treat him. I never once felt like my questions were a burden or judged for my decision. I felt like she truly cared for him after only seeing him one time. If I own any more pets in the future they will definitely have my loyalty.We don't like to think about money when it comes to our pets but unfortunately veterinary care is very expensive and I was quoted 3k+ at other facilities to treat him while their office was willing to do a double surgery for half that cost! So not only is the staff great but the prices are incomparable to other offices.”

“I cannot recommend Chipman Road Animal Clinic enough. They're affordable (I called a TON of vets asking for pricing for a procedure for my pomeranian and nobody even came close to their price. Which included ALL medication and follow ups), the staff is professional, and they take walk ins. Even more than that? I cannot recommend Doctor Hawley enough. She preformed my dog's luxating patella surgery and reassured me and kept me informed every step of the way. She's easily the best vet that i've ever seen and passionate about the animals she helps.”

“I normally don’t write reviews but felt our/this vet office deserved one! They have informative and kind staff, reasonable pricing, good scheduling staff, and they are a walk in clinic for emergencies. Lots of vet offices do not do emergencies or walk ins anymore for many reasons from staff, to how stressful it can be. I own multiple horses so I am familiar with quite a few vets from good to bad. Yes, you will have to wait when you go in for an emergency but same thing when you as a human go to the ER. I am happy to be patient and wait a couple hours to know I will have peace of mind knowing my pet doesn’t need to wait weeks to get into a schedule only vet office or go to an emergency vet that charges thousands of dollars. Anyway, I have nothing but lovely things to say about them and will continue to go to them and recommend them! Thank you for everything you do, and your outstanding job does not go unseen!”

“I have been taking our 2 cats here since we moved to this area 8 years ago. Dr. Neal is fantastic and always caring. Recently our older cat was diagnosed as having advanced kidney failure. Dr. Neal was nothing short of extremely compassionate and caring. He also didn't try to do more tests just to run up our bill. When the time care to let our baby go, he met us on his one day off so that our cat wouldn't suffer. I can't explain how incredibly nice this man was especially when dealing with the terrible loss of a beloved pet. My husband and I were also very grateful that his bill was so reasonable.
