Her response to the web inquiry was very quick and she walked me through obtaining the form for my mother even though Leianna is not our State Farm agent. Leianna's office is actually walkable from my home but I have been with my State Farm agent since I was 16. This experience just reminded me why I continue to use State Farm no matter where I live!
