“Had a such amazing experience with this company. Was super helpful in taking care of my immediate washer needs. Not only that but when I expressed minor concerns afterwards he loaded up a completely other washer and delivered it to my house and installed it when he got here. Very helpful and polite communication. Great customer service. Being completely unknowledgeable about appliances and mechanics, regardless of how silly or small the question seems to be he always responds quickly to any questions I have even after the sale was final and finished. “I had just had knee replacement surgery. Before my surgery i shopped around for recliners that were absolutely ridiculously priced. Totally out of the question. As I was driving home after shopping all day, I saw your rental store. The day of my surgery, I called them from the hospital asking if they could help. I had a new recliner, all bells and whistles, waiting for me in my living room!
