“I have been with US Bank for years now, and have been happy with every location I have worked with, however, today I was extremely happy with the staff at this location. I work for a big retail company, and for some reason, our bank did not get our order for change for the store. Going into the week with just a few bands of dollar bills, and even fewer $5 bills, well, it just isn't going to work. Of course the bank the store uses doesn't have a location convenient to the store, so I was forced to call around. I found out quickly that no one wants to deal with you if you don't have an account, which is understandable. But I also found out that since my store isn't a client, even a private account wouldn't get me too far with most of the banks I had called. (I had offered to open a savings account to get this done!) Then I found a small location for US Bank just about ten minutes from my store. I spoke with Jackie and explained my situation, and she gladly helped me out. I was able to buy enough change to get my store through until the next change delivery day, and with no fees or added lip service about what they can and cannot do. Jackie just smiled and took care of me, and she saved me a lot of frustration in doing so.”

“Store is clean, well stocked and organized. Staff are friendly, quick and courteous. However, restrooms have been dirty and in need of cleaning more often than not. Soda heads need to be changed, and a foul odor was coming from the fountain area. Prices are fair and comparable to competitors, it's close proximity make it a great place to stop for traveler's passing through on interstate 55 for gas, food or Just to stretch ones legs. There are also several hotels and food options nearby making it easy for those from out of town to eat and gas up the car and get back on the road. Due to the issues with the fountain area and the restrooms I'm giving this station four stars.”
