We went to the top. Excellent museum and history of the area and construction of the arch.

The Arch was well the visit. Unfortunately, there were a lot of steps. If we had known ahead of time, we might have changed our minds. I'm glad we did it, though.

Museum is interactive and informative. The park is clean. Seeing the arch up close is breathtaking. We also took the riverboat cruise. Seating was very limited but it was fun.
