In response to previous reviews: Shush to those who gave a “poor review” based on unrealistic expectations! You get what you pay for EVERYWHERE. You pay $15 for a vape at any shop or online, it’s gonna be small or not last long. Quality vapes are all above $25/30 anyways. If you want to get weed, go to a dispensary and do research before you go somewhere! Plus, people live here in the States from all over the world and yes, some have broken English, but don’t be a hypocrite because they are making a business for themselves here and you probably don’t speak another language so they’re one up on you there. Welcome them and support their business or go live in the country not a metro city.”

They also have a nice selection of incense and other fragrances as well as natural and holistic medicines. The customer service has always been friendly and helpful. I buy shea butter in bulk from them and it is always of the highest quality and reasonably priced. Check them out!”

They have fresh fruit and vegetables, a deli, various meats, many types of groceries, an OTC medicines area, toiletries, and a liquor section. I may have missed some things as we did not go to every part of the store. The checkout clerk was courteous and friendly. Nice place to shop!”

I live in IL and I went to my local GNC and needless to say I had a terrible expierence. I purchased a product I didn't care for and when I went to the Ofallon IL location to return or exchange I was met with unexpected resistance to return my product, and was told I could take a gift card or come back. This was after the fact the store was suppose to be open and running at 10AM and at 10:40AM is when the employee John arrived. With all of this frustration I was left calling corporate and explaining my situation. I was told because the product was purchased in store I would have to return it in store and I was welcome to go to another GNC location. I called the Hampton location and spoke with Sean asked him if he would be able to process my return and he didn't hesitate to encourage me to come in. Upon my arrival the store was in amazing condition, clean, well light, fully stocked shelves, something I didn't expierence at the other location.
Sean provided a listing ear to my frustrations, processed my return without question, and welcomed me back.
Sean provided exceptional customer service and should be acknowledged for his efforts in fixing a problem he didn't create.”

I also had a casual conversation with the store manager who also gave suggestions for future purchases.This is not my closest location, but I 10/10 recommend this location/staff for any help and questions.
