The staff in Tipton are incredibly rude. They have no empathy, no manners, no compassion. Dr Paynter is wonderful as is RN Chis Hurt but I’d rather go to urgent care than deal with their staff ever again.

The staff is so rude, inconsiderate and hypocritical. The Versailles office was the best. I hate that we don't have another choice close by.
