The friendly atmosphere is unmatched by any bank I’ve been to let alone any US Bank. That only happens when the top person at the facility leads by example. Well done! I drive 22 miles to use this bank and it’s worth it.

Drive thru needs to be widened. Also open the lobby already bcus I can't get thru the drive thru with my trailer, car barely fits. The people who work there have been decent to me. Otherwise it's like any other bank.
