“Outside part of the doors hit were good it was the inside disappointments and multiple trips afterwards. Then three seperate trips to the bodyshop should not happen to any customer. 1st to pick up the car it was very dirty inside. The passenger side was hit and decals I ordered for the inside of the car were missing. Then the door weather strips were bad and the wheel alignment needing readjusting. So I returned a 2nd time.

The did compensate me for everything. I went back a 3rd time and they fixed everything to earn a revised 5-stars.”

“We had damage to the tailgate of our 2016 Tacoma pickup and brought it to Schaefer for an insurance estimate. We had previous experience with Schaefer on another vehicle and were very happy with the results, so we didn’t consider any other repair facility.
The process was very easy, and coordination with our insurance company went smoothly. The team clearly explained what parts and work were required, and we were extremely pleased with the final result. The vehicle looks brand new, and we couldn’t be happier. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Schaefer again in the future.”
“I brought in my 2021 Jeep Renegade "Baby Blue" due to a deer strike on the passenger side back in November. I had hired them to repair the SUV recently. I am beyond impressed at their quality and craftsmanship. I am beyond blessed to have a locally owned company repair my vehicle back to new condition. To save them time, the aftermarket parts are agreed upon. I will replace this spring. They did an amazing job. Also, the interior was deep cleaned and absolutely impressed.

“Selbert's gets 5 stars from me. I had recently purchased a Ford Mustang from a local dealer in under two months a deer decided to jump out in front of us on a dusk Friday evening. We were traveling at about 45 miles an hour. Unfortunately we had to have it towed and a close friend said to take it to Selbert's they will fix it like it had never been in an accident. We about a week to a week and a half later it was fixed and looked as good as new. Chris the guy that walked me through the whole process was awesome walked me through the whole process seamlessly and took care of all of the insurance process. Thank you Selbert's for being so responsive and bring my horse back to new. I would recommend them to anyone look for body work!”

She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She listened calmly to my concerns and walked me through several issues over the phone without making me feel rushed or dismissed.
To top it all off, they let me stop by the shop to ensure my car was safe to drive. The technician, Alex—who was also extremely professional—took the time to remove some loose, dangling parts and made sure everything was secure until I could get the necessary repairs done.

I went to CC Automotive this morning after being stressed out all week because a light was on in my vehicle. I truly thought it was going to be a costly repair. A young gentleman came out to take a look, and he immediately noticed that someone had simply pressed the menu button. The light was only showing the amps on my charging system—not indicating that anything needed to be repaired.
He could have easily scheduled an appointment and charged me, but instead he was honest, kind, and straightforward. I am so thankful and grateful for the care he showed me. Honestly, it’s a 10-star experience for me.
