“Driving cross country my “old faithful” Ford Expedition got downright cranky, so I pulled off the interstate and Warrensburg Ford was the closest. I called the service department and made an appointment for first thing next day as I was arriving after closing. The hotel nearby recommended by the service department was .4 away and very much up to par. I missed my 8am because the car wouldn’t even turn over to limp 2 blocks to the dealership, I ended up getting a tow and got there 9:30, the truck was diagnosed and a hard estimate presented by 3pm. Not cheap, but very fair. I elected to “change gears” and upgraded to a newer vehicle: a 2018 F150. Again, not cheap, but very fair for a well above average vehicle. My salesman Ron was knowledgeable and refreshingly low pressure. The sales and financing gentlemen were much the same. In all, everyone was helpful, respectful, and rightfully confident in their product. I’m very happy with my outcome, and hope you will be too!PS. I’d like add that after the sale, Ron came out and helped me manhandle an SUV’s worth of heavy gear, as well years worth of personal junk into my newer car. Now, THAT is service!! No “big city” “take it or leave it” in Warrensburg! Much appreciated!!!”

“Never take your car anywhere else! The most honest car shop I’ve ever seen. Very kind, helpful and expedient, for a good price too! They actually care about doing their customers right, keep reading if you want a prime example.I had them fix my brake fluid system. Afterwards, the brake pedal felt much better, but a little different than before it broke. Just make sure that wasn’t a concern, I called them back and they were kind enough to take a second look at my car. They stayed 45 minutes after close just to make sure everything was okay, and it was. That’s good service! A true 5 star review.”

“I had issues going on with my AC in my car for quite a bit. I originally went to Warrensburg Quick Lube & Tire to see what was wrong, and they referred me to Elite Auto to get the job done. Not only are they quick at what they do, they're also efficient and not in it to rob you blind. It was a costly job and they got it done in a day and a half, and made sure not to get replacement parts that were over priced to do it. I'll definitely be considering them for future fixes if ever need be again.”
