“I was very impressed with how Natalie, the bank manager at the Washington location, aided my sister and I. Traveling from out of state to do some banking, following my fathers death, she had excellent communication via phone first, then email and then, without ever meeting us before, she welcomed us by name when we walked into the bank. She had everything ready to go and while the drive to get there was 14 hrs long, the process for the account was 20 min or less. It was, by far, the easiest thing we have done since losing my dad. This bank manager is amazing! I couldn't be more pleased.”
