“From an email sent to management.Have you told Sherry Wahle or Kendall Lange how amazing they are? Wait, I'm getting ahead of myself. On a recent trip to Canada, I had a disastrous trip. The airline I flew on, and the hotel I stayed at, made one mistake after another. After that trip, I vowed never to use either of them again. Not because they made mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. I stopped using them because no one showed any interest in helping me. Below is a quote from my comments on one of their surveys.After 22 years of loyalty to Delta Air Lines, I will start using other carriers. Please don't feel too bad because Delta is not the only company I have decided to ditch. After 433 stays at the Marriott, I will no longer stay with them. Companies like Delta and Marriott no longer value their loyal customers, which is clearly evident by their lack of customer service.I have shared these comments with you because I have started to believe that good customer service is dead. Then I had the pleasure of working with Kendall Lange and had one of the best customer service experiences I've had in 20 years.
