“Having been a US Bank customer since 2013 and using the Wentzville Branch location in Schnuck's since 2015, I was disturbed by the low rating and decided to do something about it. I can honestly say there has never been a time in 10 plus years when my wife and I haven't been met with friendliness, a smile, and professional attitude every time. I'm talking real and genuine, not strained even when they are super busy. This is true from the Branch Manager to the Tellers, all great experiences. We recently closed a home equity loan at the Wentzville Branch and had a great experience. The closing process was thorough and every document was explained to our satisfaction.
