“Having been a US Bank customer since 2013 and using the Wentzville Branch location in Schnuck's since 2015, I was disturbed by the low rating and decided to do something about it. I can honestly say there has never been a time in 10 plus years when my wife and I haven't been met with friendliness, a smile, and professional attitude every time.
