“While traveling across the state, my family and I ran into car troubles out in Wright City. Luckily we ended up at Gens Auto & Tire. Although, we weren't able to get in right away for a fix because of the holiday week and low staff, they were able to quickly diagnose the issue. Gens offered to help us in a weeks time but instead referred us to a business that was able to help us that day.”

“This review is long overdue. The guys at this location are fantastic! I have had bad luck on top of bad luck, but these guys keep my downtime to a MINIMUM, which is critical to keep the $$ rolling in (to pay for more repairs). Craig, Nate, Zeke..can't say enough good things about these guys! Highly recommend for your truck service needs..no matter the make or model. A++”

“The people at Gen's were so great to me. I was involved in an accident in my Yaris near the business. The outlook looked grim, with possibly having to rent a car to get 2 hours home and come back after after the weekend to get my vehicle. I was a mess because if other things that recently happened. Ugly crying. The mechanics got me back on the road to get home in my Yaris that day!!! The service was beyond exceptional.”

“We lost a tire on our camper while driving on I70 in Missouri. The lugs were sheared off which meant there was no way to attach a spare without a new drive assembly. We were expecting to leave it for days with someone and drive four hours one way to get it when it was fixed. After a couple of calls to RV dealers, someone in the quickie mart we limped into suggested Quick Fix. We called, texted a few pictures and from the first called to the time we were back on the road was less than 3 hours. We were also anticipating a repair cost close to $1000 but it was less than half of that.Couldn't begin to explain how thankful we are for the suggestion and for Dave. He was amazing!! He explained as he worked, was quick to repair the problem, was more than reasonable and was just an all around nice guy!! You want someone like this to come to your rescue.”

“I haven't bought anything there, but I broke down at noon two days ago with a flat tire across the street from them. I was on the way to hospital for a 1:20pm arrival for a procedure, and it's about an hr drive. I walked in and told them what happened, and asked for a ride back to my house in order to get another vehicle. The man was eating lunch. He got up right away, and hopped in his pickup. He drove me to my house 8 minutes away. I tried paying, but he wouldn't accept. He also let me park my car on his property. I was walking through the hospital main entrance at 1:30pm, and had my procedure done. I told this story to all my nurses, and doctors, and they were amazed at the kindness shown. Thank you!”
