In a very short period of time she had quotes for our vehicles and home. She went over everything in a very professional manner. She answered questions I had thoroughly and timely. After being with State Farm for only a few months we had to make a claim. I contacted Erica and once I sent the estimate and pictures of the damage everything was taken care of within the same day. I had many questions and she answered them quickly and professionally. The lower rates brought us to State Farm. However, the customer service from Erica has impressed me the most. Thank you, Erica!”
