I contacted them to get an elderly disabled person a ride to and from an Dr. Appointment and the gentleman was really rude and refused to help and hung up on me.

Made me walk from my pick up place to a general location on main.Asked a driver near the area for clarification. He told me it wasn’t him but wouldn’t tell me where I’d be picked up. Just “must be another bus” and drove on.

No longer eagle transit now mountain climber! The drivers are the kindest and most caring people . Especially driving in this town. Ya know I'm pretty sure they except tips!
