Don't seem to manage the problems that come up on the property that they are getting payed to manage but takes them months to even do something about it.

0/10 Would not recommend. They screw over people for money and damage personal property when they "evict" them. They don't repair or upgrade rentals because it costs them money. The landlord is a lazy, greedy piece of human garbage.
