“I got my first new bed at this place a long time ago and I've had that bed for many years now and it's still in fantastic shape. I've always had great service with everybody that works Wagner's furniture and design, they are absolutely phenomenal people, and they care about their customers dearly. So I decided to go back to purchase another bed for my girlfriend because she was in need of one badly. So I decided to give Wagner's furniture and design my business again and when I went in to look at them, Lana was the lady that helped us and she was absolutely beyond phenomenal, we actually showed up 30 minutes before closing time and Lana greeted us in a very sweet polite way and took her time and stayed late vwith helping us decide on what we want to do as we were on a budget as well. I had a lot of questions and I mean a lot of questions and she answered every single one very well and was very informative about what I should purchase. Most of all she was not pushy on things at all whatsoever she just simply answered my questions, and recommended what was the best product to buy for my budget, I was super impressed and it's just great to go into places that actually care and don't try to oversell you on stuff and they respect what you have to spend. Not only that but we live in Saint Ignatius and she gave me half price on the delivery fee! I will absolutely always recommend Wagner's furniture and design to anyone that wants to purchase any kind of furniture or beds for their home.
