“We went to Boxdrop with the expectation of saving some money and getting a decent mattress, I think the mission was accomplished.Our mattress arrived in a timely manner as did our motion base. After a month of sleep we are very satisfied, we bought a split king so the mattresses spread a little bit but we fixed that with a mattress gripping pad from Amazon. The test of time on a mattress is hard so we shall see long term but that’s what a warranty is for, short term we are definitely happy. Thank you so much Sir! Long-term follow-up; our mattress is still holding up well as of Jan 2024 and we just now flipped it over to the other side so it's like brand new again after several years now. The original side still has life in it too.”

“The service team at Wagner's went above and beyond for us when we needed a repair done to a recliner we bought 2 years ago. (the damage to the chair was not the fault of the chair but of our grandkids who loved using the remote!) Josh and Garrett, went out of their way to get the work done quickly when they heard that my husband had fallen and broke his hip. This chair supports him so well and is much easier for him to get in & out of and we are SO VERY GRATEFUL for their kindness and thoroughness. We highly recommend Wagner's Furniture as a place to buy quality furniture.”

“I have been really impressed with Mattress Firm. I ran into them at the Home & Garden show. The salesman was very knowledgeable & helpful. We were helped quickly w/out feeling rushed. Jim, the manager, has been very clear & prompt with communication. Even the delivery team was amazing. Tyler & Alex were speedy. They showed me how everything worked & when a small rip was found on the mattress they showed it to me instead of trying to hide it. Jim called to resolve the issue and I didn't have to do anything. I can be a very picky person but I have zero to complain about with this entire experience.”

After we got the sofa home, we realized it was missing a part which made one of the motorized recliners inoperable. After waiting 7 months for the part to get delivered, I went into the store to see the status. The part was still not in, but Furniture Row rectified the situation by replacing the entire couch. Quick and easy, and I am a happy customer.”
