We had a a group rate and plan that was not honored the weekend of event. Ended paying for rooms that were part of the agreement to be comped. The only positive experience was the head of security as he was outstanding.Best room floors were sticky and no hangers in closet along with room being next to and above HVAC system

Lovely location. Very lovely outdoors area. I did not enjoy that the bathroom only had a shower. The room that we reserved was absolutely filthy despite us waiting two hours to check in.

Lunch time, ordered food. Two hours later still have not received my food and no way to speak to anyone about it. Staff meeting mid-day that was 3 hours is the reason food is not available. Would have liked to know this prior to ordering food. No refund or resolve.
