“Fair pricing. Quick and painless service. Good communication. Honest work—I requested diff fluid changes on top of other work and when they checked, the fluid was clean, so instead of changing and up charging they just let me know and didn’t perform unnecessary maintenance. This is the kind of shop you want to use. Great work by the team at Tim’sService: General repairs & maintenance”

“Very helpful when we had a cold weather car break down while trying to catch a flight. Coordinated with a tow truck and took care of our stranded car which made it possible for us to continue with our plans. Over and above customer service and great mechanic work”

“It just doesn't get any better than this. Mickie is simply outstanding. Her compassion and understanding made a difficult situation bearable.A 100% disabled veteran friend of ours had an accident while on her way to help her 80 year old mother after her father died. She had to be airlifted out and was on life support. Ron's Diesel Repair towed the car to their facility in Three Forks. Since our friend was in a coma, and on life support, she was unable to sort through all the insurance and details of maintaining her home and bills. We contacted her insurance company and told them of our desire to get our friends papers and electronics (phone etc.) from the car. Mickie said it was a good idea for us to retrieve any belonging before the car was moved because we might not see it again. To our utter shock the insurance company's adjuster told us the vehicle would be retrieved ASAP so there wouldn't be any storage charges. I explained the situation and told him I would pay out of pocket, but the adjuster said "take it up with the tow yard". So much for supporting disabled veterans who went in harms way so you could telecommute at home while they sit in intensive care.Never fear, Mickie came to the rescue. She told us she wouldn't let the vehicle move until we retrieved what we needed to help our friend. She even offered to pack and ship the articles. We thanked her and told her we would fly in and pick up the items. Mickie came in on her day off, on Veterans Day coincidentally, and met with us to make sure we got everything we needed. We tried to give her something as a thank you but she refused.Thank God for Mickie! Now that's the kind of service and respect this country was built on. Great company, and great people. Thank you, Mickie. We will always remember your help during this difficult time.(As an aside, a representative of the CEO of the insurance company called us and said tar and feathering is no longer allowed by the company, but they would remove the unsympathetic and unpatriotic adjuster from the claim. )”
