“I have gotten tired here several times. Overall it's been great service and they've always had the tires I need in stock.The only negative interaction I had was with one of the installers. Rather than showing me where to find my tires he ignored me and then said to talk to the office people when they were the ones that told me to go talk to him. I still give them a five star since I've had several other interactions that have been positive.”

I live out of town, they pick up my vehicle and return it free of charge, leaving a loaner—at no charge. I was especially impressed with my vehicle being detailed upon its return to me. I didn’t know they would do this, very nice touch.”

“Look long story short. You have to stay on top of the process while they are working. This is the o ly place where I can only say that if something is overlooked it is only due to how fast they move. Other than that they are very polite and upfront about what they can and can't do. But you're in the car so do yourself a favor and pay attention to not only make sure the job is done fully but to help them grow as mechanics.”

“I was in Oregon, and my 18 year old son was driving back home to Maine. He noticed his wheel bearing was starting to make noise. I called 4 Dodge dealers, and none would help him out. I looked on the map and he was about 100 miles from Twin Rivers Dodge. I called and got Zack. He booked him in for that afternoon. When he arrived they gave him a loaner to go get lunch. They did not have the OEM part, and the local O'Reillys didn't either BUT they had the bearing in a neighboring town an hour away. They drove to the next town got the bearing and by 4:30 or so, he was back on the road. I cannot say how much I appreciate their extraordinary commitment to customer service. If your look up customer service in the dictionary, you will probably see Zack's picture. The only reason I rate them at 5 stars, is because I can't do 6! They are the BEST!”

“I needed new windshield wiper blades and was super low on washer fluid. I stopped here in case they weren't busy and could help me out. The weather was very cold and windy. I parked by the garage door and my husband went in to see if they could do the job right away. Another car was inside being worked on. Luckily, one of the guys, Kevin, had time to switch out my wiper blades and fill up my washer fluid. He came out in the cold weather, took care of the job super quick-15 minutes from start to done! Kevin had me try them out to be sure everything was okay. I cleaned my windshield before we drove away, and it looked great! It's such a simple thing but it made a big difference. I very much appreciate that kind of efficient and friendly service.”
